Challenge

An agency partner had a client who set a goal of acquiring leads and converting a percentage of MQLs to SQLs during a calendar year. They turned to Yelram Media for copywriting support for their long-term lead acquisition campaign.

Solution

We created messaging based on audience insights. With two distinct audiences targeted during the campaign, Yelram created different message sets to test for each audience, leveraging competitive insights and audience research to inform the copy.

We followed brand standards. We understood the priority for all content to map back to the client’s brand standards, and we ensured each deliverable, including email, newsletter, and landing page content, was in line with the mandatory style and tone guidelines.

We delivered ahead of schedule. With multiple pieces of content due each week for the digital creative team to deploy for testing scenarios, Yelram delivered content ahead of schedule to ensure the holistic project timeline stayed on track. 

Results

Our goal was simple: deliver quality content. Over the course of the campaign, we refined messaging based on analytics and feedback from the client. This helped to attract new customers and convert existing MQLs to SQLs.
